 pricing, booking & payment terms

SHOP ONLINE & GIFT CARDS

  • If you already know exactly what do you want and like fast and easy online shopping, visit our ONLINE STORE to purchase our basic products, and we will contact you  (or you can contact us) to book your spot after your purchase. By purchasing online one of our basic products, you start saving right from the beginning. You can then upgrade to a larger package at any time before or after the shoot, if you wish to.

  • We also have e-GIFT CARDS available online, so your friends and family can buy them for you, or you can purchase a gift card for your loved ones.

 

 

PRE-SHOOT CONSULTATION

  • If you prefer to find out more before booking your photoshoot, CONTACT US to schedule your consultation. Your pre-shoot consultation is complimentary and carries no obligation to book with us. The main purpose of the pre-shoot consultation is to make the first contact, to get a clear idea of what you are looking for, and expecting to receive as your final product, to answer your questions and to see if we are a good fit for each other. Prior to the consultation, we recommend you check our FAQs section, 5 photography styles we offer, and our Portrait portfolio.

SESSION FEE

  • For in-studio Portrait sessions, a non-refundable session fee of $395 (includes complimentary Makeup & Hair for one person and $100 credit towards your product purchase), is due at the time of booking to secure your session date and time (no images are included and sold separately). 

​

  • For on-location (within a 1-hour travel radius from The Studio) Portrait session - non-refundable payment of $1,625 (includes session fee, complimentary Makeup & Hair for one person, 6 fully edited images) is due at the time of booking to secure your session date and time. If you require us to travel a longer distance, please contact us to inquire.

A LA CARTE AND PACKAGES

  • We do not hard-sell. You will know our prices before your photoshoot. We will send you our full price list right after your complimentary pre-shoot consultation. The number of final images is your choice. You can choose how many photos you’d like to purchase after you see them or you can go with a package if you are looking for a deal. Your Portrait session investment can be as low as $395 and go up to $3,700 for your Platinum package, it's entirely up to you.

  • 89% of our clients pre-purchased a package to receive a better return on investment straight away with the option to upgrade their package at the viewing session to enjoy even more extras. You can save 15-50% off our individual image pricing when you purchase a package. We offer packages of 3, 6, 10, and 20 images. We can also tailor a package for your specific needs.

MAKEUP AND HAIR

  • Session fee of $395 offers complimentary HD Makeup & Hair for one person. The session fee does not change if you prefer to go with your own or no Makeup & Hair (see FAQs).

  • For more than one person, Professional Hair and HD Makeup is available at $150 per person 

​​

PAYMENT METHODS

  • Payments can be made by direct bank transfer or credit card (Visa & MasterCard only). Credit card payments do incur a fee.

​​

  • Payment plans are available and do incur a fee. Due to the nature of the product, there are no returns or refunds.

​

  • Any products purchased require a 100% payment before you receive the product.

​​

RESCHEDULING AND CANCELATION

  • Session dates can be rescheduled once with a minimum 48-hour notice for another date within a month of the initial date subject to availability. Since reschedules or cancellations mean we do not work that day as we do not book at the last minute, and our hair and makeup artist and assistant have blocked the day on their calendars as well, the rescheduling fee of $200 will apply.

  • The rescheduling can not be made for a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday and is available only for Mondays -Thursdays.

​

  • Sessions canceled by the client are non-refundable. If the session takes place outdoor, it may be postponed at the photographer’s discretion due to unfavorable weather conditions that may affect the result of the images.

​

  • All payments are non-refundable.
