SESSION FEE

• For in-studio Headshot sessions, a non-refundable payment of $195 pp is due at the time of booking to secure your session date and time (no images are included and sold separately). If you choose to pre-purchase a package prior to the in-studio shoot, the session fee of $195 goes towards your package. Session fee is not included in the package price when you purchase a package after the shoot at your order and purchase session.

 

• We travel on-location (within a 1-hour travel radius from The Studio) for 2+ people Headshot sessions. A non-refundable payment of $1,300 (pre-paid package for 2 people - includes a total of 6 (3/pp) fully edited Headshots for 2 people) is due at the time of booking to secure your session date and time. If you require us to travel a longer distance, please contact us to inquire.

• For in-studio Personal Branding sessions, a non-refundable payment of $295 pp is due at the time of booking to secure your session date and time (no images are included and sold separately). If you choose to pre-purchase a package prior to the in-studio shoot, the session fee of $295 goes towards your package. Session fee is not included in the package price when you purchase a package after the shoot at your order and purchase session.

A LA CARTE AND PACKAGES

• We do not hard sell. The number of final images is your choice. You can choose how many photos you’d like to purchase after you see them (prices start at $300 for a la carte images) or you can pre-purchase a package if you are looking for a deal. Headshot packages start at $750 and Personal Branding packages start at $ 1,500 with a lower price per image and other adds-on in a bundle. On average our Personal Branding clients spend $1500 - $2450 on complete collections.

• 89% of our clients pre-purchased a package to receive a better return on investment straight away with the option to upgrade their package at the viewing session to enjoy even more extras. You can save 15-50% off our individual image pricing when you purchase a package.

• Prices per image and per package are also decreased for 2+ people.  For example, Headshots/Personal branding packages start at $750 pp and include 3 fully retouched digital images. If there is a team of 7 people, the same package of 3 images is $480 pp. We offer packages of 3, 6, 10 and 20 images. We can also tailor a package for your specific needs.

• We also offer a monthly subscription/membership plans for bloggers or businesses who need monthly content. Please contact us to inquire about monthly subscription offers.

48 RUSH SHOOT & DELIVER 

• If you are in a rush and need your images urgently, we can open up a spot outside of our working schedule for a 48 RUSH shoot & deliver. This service is available only for pre-purchased packages, paid at the time of booking. A rush-charge of +50% to your pre-purchased package will apply. The payment is non-refundable and the booking can not be rescheduled or canceled.

MAKEUP AND HAIR

• When you pre-purchase 6+ image packages, Hair and makeup are complimentary and included in the package price. Package price does not change if you still prefer to go with your own Makeup & Hair. Professional hair and makeup are available at an extra cost of $150 pp if you go for a la carte option, 3 image package, or choose a 6+ image package after the shoot at the purchase session.

PAYMENT METHODS

• Payments can be made by direct bank transfer or credit card (Visa & MasterCard only). Credit card payments do incur a fee.

• Payment plans are available. Due to the nature of the product, there are no returns or refunds.

​

• Any products purchased require a 100% payment on the day of viewing and purchasing session.

​​

RESCHEDULING AND CANCELATION

• Session dates can be rescheduled once with a minimum 48-hour notice for another date within a month of the initial date subject to availability.

​

• Sessions canceled by the client are non-refundable. If the session takes place outdoor, it may be postponed at the photographer’s discretion due to unfavorable weather conditions that may affect the result of the images.

• All payments are non-refundable.
